Our client is a Multinational and is looking for a ServiceNow CSM Architect for this critical project.

Essential Requirements:

  • All of Development related inputs without CMDB
  • Experience Architecting ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Experience in configure CSM agent workspace
  • Experience with end user/agent portal in CSM
  • Experience in integrating customer service with other applications
  • Experience in set up the additional plugins, set up the customer information, set up the case

    management features and set up the communication channels

  • Certification – CIS-Customer Service Management (CSM)
