ServiceNow CSM Architect:
Our client is a Multinational and is looking for a ServiceNow CSM Architect for this critical project.
Essential Requirements:
- All of Development related inputs without CMDB
 - Experience Architecting ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
 - Experience in configure CSM agent workspace
 - Experience with end user/agent portal in CSM
 - Experience in integrating customer service with other applications
 - Experience in set up the additional plugins, set up the customer information, set up the case
management features and set up the communication channels
 - Certification – CIS-Customer Service Management (CSM)
