Senior Compensation & Rewards Head
Main Duties:
- Annual compensation review cycle – manage the administration, supporting the HR Business Partners in the planning and governance of the end-to-end process. This includes data cleansing, validation and reconciliation, data analysis and report generation, drafting communications and preparation of salary review templates.
- Develop and define the salary benchmarking approach working closely with different People team members and the Leadership group in order to implement our organizational salary benchmarking framework.
- Lead core compensation education across the People team and relevant business areas, e. g. job evaluation methodology, levelling criteria process, etc.
- Provide salary benchmarking.
- Partner the wider People team during compensation cycles, country transfers, peer parity reviews and any other ad-hoc projects.
- Act as a business advisor, collaborating with HR business partners and People Services team to provide compensation solutions, expertise, and support on the full spectrum of base salary programs and policies, ensuring alignment with strategic business and operational objectives.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide guidance for offers and identify any upcoming market trends or challenges.
- Manage the compensation database, tracking and facilitating the processing of all variable compensation payments and targets in the HRIS.

Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in Compensation and Benefits at Senior level.
- International experience in reward strategy and planning, compensation and benefits policy and processes, including internal and external benchmarks.
- Experience of using a HRIS to administrate compensation data
- Experience of collaborating with Senior Executives
- Good understanding of international benefit programs and legislative minimums
- Knowledge of current reward and benefit external market trends and updates
- Strong IT skills including strong Excel and PowerPoint ability
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly organized and ability to work to deadlines
- Proven analytical skills

- Ability to problem solve and use initiative to come up with viable potential solutions to challenges
