Purpose of the Job:
To develop and execute country wide Direct, In-Direct, Fully Branded Outlets and Retail Store’s Sales, Retail and Distribution strategy for achieving targets on different KPI’s. This strategy should also be visible, analytical and provides a best customer experience. Also to envision, create and trained a highly rational, analytical and super excited team.
Key Performance Objectives
Build, Structured and Aligned the Direct, In-Direct, FBO and Retail Stores sales, retail and distribution teams, strategies and plan as per assigned yearly targets and management vision.
Implementation of Direct, In-Direct, FBOs, Retail stores and Distribution system in true spirit.
Team and Channel Management
MBA/Masters/Appropriate Certificate/Diploma/3 year Degree
10-15 years of sales management experience
10-15 years of big team’s management experience
10 Years of experience in indirect sales and direct sales management especially at grass root level
10 years of experience in strategic planning, business plans execution and managing P&L
5 years of experience in key account management would be an added advantage
Proven track record in devising and executing Marketing plans and achieving set sales-, retention- and revenue targets.
