Global Casino & Gaming Marketing Director

Brief:

What you’ll be doing

  • You will craft the marketing strategy and execute it, working with the development team, their in-house art and content teams. Developing a go-to-market strategy for upcoming gaming projects and games
  • This role will be responsible for driving online and offline gaming campaigns across key regions across the EMEA region
  • Areas of oversight include managing creative briefing, campaign timelines and project plans with key marketing stakeholders (internal: marketing, product, DATA BI, finance and external: creative, media and affiliate agencies
  • Drive the development of all marketing campaigns
  • Lead management and briefing processes across campaigns including multiple agency teams across all relevant agency disciplines
  • Work on major player campaigns and bespoke marketing projects to deliver brand awareness
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency across activations and messaging and ensure briefs are completed (including but not limited to digital banners, social media assets and video creation)
  • Work directly with media and performance teams to manage corresponding briefs, promotion timelines and major brand / product launches
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to drive timelines against key deliverables.
  • In partnership with key stakeholders, identify key success metrics and measure campaign efficacy post campaign completion

Essential Requirements:

  • 10 years plus of experience in marketing taking games to the gaming sector operators across the EMEA markets
  • Must have Gaming sector experience in senior marketing roles, covering EMEA & Asia
  • Games publishing marketing experience
  • Experienced Gaming marketer
  • Strong outside-the-box creative thinking skills
  • Able to operate with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong leadership experience with very good senior stakeholder management skills, in driving marketing End to End.
  • A strong understanding of both gaming markets across EMEA & Asia and business analytics
  • Ability to verbalize clear, concise, and compelling solutions to marketing challenges in various formats of informal and formal correspondence and presentations
  • Excellent communication throughout all teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and succeed under pressure of time, of changing and challenging situations
  • Experience juggling multiple projects at one time
  • Strong commercial gaming industry experience and overall enthusiasm for gaming
  • Commercially savvy, who understands the challenges of the gaming sector and how to navigate around it, especially across EMEA & Asia markets
