Brief:

You will be responsible for defining and leading the delivery of a roadmap of blockchain products, embracing and embodying a customer-centric culture and methodology which drives fast paced research, design, prototyping, and development across the extended delivery team, with a constant eye on driving future commercial value.

You’ll become the product guru within the blockchain ecosystem, representing the team at a senior level in all relevant internal and external conversations.

• A deep knowledge of and interest in the blockchain, with an understanding of all elements that are required to design and implement successful blockchain products
• A desire to identify and exploit new opportunities that are available in this emerging market to drive future commercial value
• Previous experience creating, developing and delivering Fintech blockchain products.
• A dedication to mentoring and developing a strong team of product owners & product managers.
• Experience executing market, competitive and other user research to develop blockchain product strategies that proved successful.
• A deep understanding of the product culture. Superb verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to achieve productive results.
• Extremely disciplined and organized approach to product and project management.
• A good understanding of Agile methodologies and a desire to improve our processes to help drive our KPIs.
• Substantial team management experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to successfully bring new products to market, on-time, on-budget, that achieve success in the marketplace.
• Excellent business judgment, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Some international travel may be required.
