Senior New Business Sales
Key Responsibilities
● As a senior member of the sales team, follow a disciplined approach to delivering on what are and will
continue to be ambitious year on year sales targets.
● Co-develop and diligently follow the annual sales plan and strategy in the acquisition of new clients and
expansion of existing accounts, with the ultimate aim of ensuring that there is a high probability of successfully
achieving the company and individual targets
● Work with business development associates who specialise in the technical aspects of our products and
formulate proposals to match these against client needs, co-leading sales meetings to determine clients’
business cases
● Create and manage focused client target lists
● Learn and consistently execute the sales process
● Ensure and manage a healthy pipeline to meet company and individual targets
● Create opportunities from cold calls, warm leads and direct inbound leads
● Manage and lead all aspects of open deals, taking personal ownership of the sales process to drive the sale to
a successful completion within a pre-agreed time frame or qualifying the opportunity out
