Purpose of the Job:
To achieve the company KPI’s managing brand end to end including strategy, value proposition, research, analysis, pricing, budgeting, VAS, corporate brand management and communications.
Key Performance Objectives
Setting the yearly & quarterly marketing & communication strategy for the Brand.
Responsible for developing and designing different acquisition, retention, loyalty and revenues offers, promotions, products and services for the Prepaid and Postpaid segments.
Responsible for developing and designing different acquisition, retention, loyalty and revenues offers, promotions, products and services for all data products.
Responsible for VAS services, innovations, handsets & terminals.
Analysing and reporting back to the CCO on the development of our customer base including profiling of the demographics and psychographics of the customer, taking this analysis back into the digital and channel strategy and communication targeting plan.
Responsible for channel management and channel development activities and plans.
Responsible for the customer experience across all touch points for the Products.
Responsible for the designing and the implementation of different types of base segmentation: Value Based Segmentation, Cohorts Analysis, Micro Segmentation etc. for all the existing products.
Responsible for managing value and profitability across all the Products, fully taking into account costs of acquisition and distribution, wholesale and marketing and any other relevant costs.
Responsible for all product/service, promotions & offers pricing, business cases and war gaming scenarios.
Responsible for the preparation of the marketing budget on yearly basis developing monthly and quarterly reviews.
Overall responsibility for the setting, management and reconciliation of the marketing communications budget.
MBA/Masters/Appropriate Certificate/Diploma/3 year Degree
10-15 years of marketing management experience
10 years of experience in strategic planning, business plans execution and managing marketing budgets
