Lead Cloud Architect
A lead cloud architect is a senior role within the cloud engineering practice in EMEA. Based in London but with frequent travel, this role supports solution design across the cloud engineering field focusing platform, migration and transformation programmes and providing technical expertise, thought leadership, client understanding and innovation.
Acting as part of the agile servant leadership team to cloud engineers on programmes within the in the region and part of the EMEA cloud engineering guild. Reporting to the chief cloud architect in the region with a mandate to design cloud solutions, delivery of cloud engineering programmes and assure successful sales to delivery handover through proactive proposal design, innovative solution development and IP reuse.
Education Experience – Minimum Capability Criteria
BS/MS with 15+ years of industry experience with 3+ years of as Cloud Architect
Strong experience in creating large scale enterprise cloud platform ( GCP)
2+ year of strong AWS/GCP experience with AWS/GCP Cloud Architect certification
Deliver various artefacts as part of the enterprise cloud architecture, including systems/network/infrastructure diagrams, reference implementations, best practices, and roadmaps Expert and knowledgeable on IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models with modern terminology and relevance GCP/AWS/Azure Architect Certified
