Ensure efficient setup and reliable operations of systems, hardware, facilities, network and IT infrastructure. To support end-users and to proactively monitor capacity utilisation, availability and security threats. Manage the technical relationship to IT suppliers.


  • Operations and maintenance of all IT systems including website, web self-care, provisioning, sales force management, data warehouse, databases and BI, email systems, shared drives and Active Directory
  • Operation and maintenance of all facilities and hardware infrastructure including power, cooling, access control, servers, storage systems, printers, PCs, smartphones and tablets
  • Operation and maintenance of all network systems including routers, switches, transmission, media gateways and PBX
  • Network Management, backup and security including user access rights
  • Fault handling
  • Establish procedures for daily operations
  • Inventory management of hardware and software
  • Internal IT support (PC’s, software, printers, PBX)
  •  Technical KPI reporting
  • Reliable and efficient operations of the Network and IT systems
  • Proactive assurance of the quality of mobile services
  • Employee satisfaction with IT support
